Nunawading Cricket Club – Weekly Junior Update

Hi Everyone,

A few things this week!!

Christmas Party

The Christmas party (invite attached again) is on next Friday (19 December). It will commence at 7.30 pm (as our games all finish). All are welcome. Please RSVP if you are attending (and how many, as this helps with catering). It is always a great night. If you would like your child(ren) to also receive a present from Santa, please bring one, clearly wrapped and labelled with your child’s name on it. If you can bring a salad or dessert, please let me know!!

Association Registration Forms
Over the next week, I will be asking all Team Managers to have parents of each player (U14, U12, U10) sign an updated Registration Form. These Association Registration Forms, are a requirement for all clubs to have signed for all players. Whilst some families will have completed these previously, I would like to take the opportunity to obtain ‘a fresh’ and up to date set. Could I please ask that when you receive them, you do sign and return them to your team managers. Any queries or concerns, please let me know.

Food, Alcohol and First Aid
With an ever changing world, the club is keen to hear from anyone who has/or would like to be trained in the following:
– Responsible Serving of Alcohol
– Food Handling Procedures
– First Aid (including (Epi pen)

Whilst we currently do have some people undertaking these roes, it would be great to have a few more. If you currently hold one of these certificates (and would like to use it in an official capacity at the club), or would be keen to attend a course and then be officially listed at the club, please let me know.

Trivia night
Please also keep the night of Saturday 7 February 2015 free. The senior club is running a Trivia Night, and it would be great to have as many junior families there as possible. Further details to come!!
