This week at the Nunawading Pirates, MILO IN2Cricket launches and CURRY NIGHT

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all junior players and families, the season has started terrifically and the smiles on the boys faces on Friday nights has been great to see.

Thank you all for embracing the duty roster, this makes the running of match day so much easier.

This week will be a huge week for the Pirates. 3 teams at home again and the season launch of our very successful Milo In2Cricket Program.

If you are participating in In2Cricket, please try to be at Mahoneys Reserve by 6:15 pm to complete registration and collect participant packs ($75 each).

We run a great program and I encourage families with siblings looking for a fun activity (they don’t need to be aspiring cricketers and we have had many girls attend the program) to join in each Friday night on Bob Saker Oval from 6:30 pm. For teams playing on this ground, this means we need you to sit around closer to the car park so we can use the shaded area in front of the pavilion for the littlies.

Finally, this Friday is our Curry Night. This has been a huge success in the past and I’d like to ask for families to volunteer to please bring a curry. Can you please let me know if you can so I can ensure adequate catering is provided. We will still cook a bbq for the kids.
